-Hey Guys!
It’s been a whiiiile since I’ve come on here to share my thoughts.
It really has been quite a ride this year, and I’m learning more about sacrifice and earnest expectation.
This is a very personal piece that I’d love to share with you, but PLEASE let me know what you think.
Have a beautiful rest of 2015.
Piss upon thee

THE SEED
Let us take a moment to consider
“the seed”
I tend to think of seeds as a means to an end. The subject of an investment. The key to a desired outcome.
But the seed has perspective too…
The seed is cast to the ground by the farmer to die knowing full well that it will be reborn greater.
But the seed only sees earth and death…
…it only sees its separation from its kin. Buried alive.
Left to die in the earth.
I have felt like a seed before.
Afraid of being separated.
Afraid of being planted, nay, buried alive.
Afraid of being asked to “die”
But then I am reborn.
Better.
Newer.
Greater.

I can totally relate with this! I’ve been having a lot of seed times lately.
Thank you for sharing, dear. And welcome back here. We missed you.
Quest. This is quite meaningful. It sure have played a good role in my thinking this evening.
Hmmmmm! This is deep and speaks to my inner man, I’m glad to know I’m not the only one that believes that for your seed to grow, it has to die first. Thanks for sharing this piece bro. Cheers
Nice one Ibro! May we hv eyes that see thru our “planting” seasons..”a time to laugh, a time to cry..many times to die, many times to be reborn”- a seed story.
Wow!!! many times we are scared of being buried alive, because the concept is not logical. You are asking me to be buried alive only to be reborn when everything in me tells me when I am buried alive I suffocate and die.
I forget that my essence and composition is in the soil, I was made from the earth and so I will thrive yield fruit while in there.
Faith over Fear!!! This is why I am born again, Jesus Baby
